We want you to love your purchase from Eight O Five. If something isn’t quite right, please review the policy below.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original, unused condition
Returned in the original packaging (when applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds / Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s).

No cash, card, or original-payment refunds are provided
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Store credit will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return
